Asean EU

ASEAN EU is a commercial and service-oriented business complex that began construction in 2007 and was developed in three phases. Phase 1 officially started operations in 2009, Phase 2 followed in 2010, and Phase 3 was completed and became operational in 2013.

The project is located on a 30,000 m² site, with a total built floor area of approximately 27,000 m². Of this, around 17,000 m² is dedicated to commercial and business activities, while the remaining 10,000 m² includes residential space, offices, and warehouse facilities.

With its large scale and structured development over several years, ASEAN EU serves as a multifunctional business hub, supporting commerce, accommodation, office operations, and logistics for the business community.
